Whitney Houston'southward nearly known relationship is her 14-year matrimony to Bobby Brown. The union was tabloid forage, with rumors nigh turmoil and addiction constantly making headlines. Merely Houston also had some other romances, and apparently major admirers. In a resurfaced interview clip, Houston told a talk show host that actor Robert De Niro pursued her for many years.

Whitney Houston jokes that Robert De Niro was 'sweating her'

Houston made an appearance on The Byron Allen Testify in 1990. During their conversation Houston says De Niro was basically chasing her effectually the world in an endeavour to woo her.

"[He followed me] all the way to London," she told Allen. "I think he was at that place already and he sent me flowers and everything. He's been on my example, he'd been sweating me for a little while."

Around the same fourth dimension, Houston was too casually dating Eddie Murphy, which the tabloids gossiped about ofttimes. In 2006, Houston filed for divorce. She told Oprah Winfrey that the filing was a long fourth dimension coming during a 2009 interview and said Brownish was jealous of her success.
